Hutsenpiller Insurance is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) who thrives on providing outstanding customer experiences. What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients, assisting with policy changes, coverage questions, and billing inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text, ensuring our clients feel heard and valued.
  • Process endorsements, renewals, and new business applications efficiently and accurately.
  • Educate clients on their insurance options, helping them understand their coverage and make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with our sales team to support new and existing customers.
  • Navigate our cutting-edge technology, including a custom-built AMS and automation tools, to streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with an award-winning team to uphold our reputation as a top independent agency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in insurance customer service (personal lines experience preferred but not required).
  • A current P&C insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sell home, auto, and other personal lines insurance to leads provided by the agency and through your own networking efforts.
