Our Renewal Process
45 Days Until Renewal
Our team will send you a customized survey to complete. This survey is critical to allow us to get updated on any changes that may have occurred in the last 12 months. It's customized to you, so we'll keep it short and to the point.
40 Days Until Renewal
This is where you come in! We'll need to have the survey back by this time! Please get this back to us to keep the process from being delayed.
35 Days Until Renewal
We will have reviewed your survey responses by this point and will follow back up with any questions. If no changes are requested, you are all set for your renewal. If you asked us to shop, we will begin that at this point.
30 Days from renewal
We will have quotes for your upcoming renewal in your hands. We will present your options for you to review and select what works best for you and your family.
20 Days from renewal
We will follow up and help answer any questions so that you can make an educated decision. Sometimes, change is not needed, but sometimes it is. We will discuss that with you.
15 Days from Renewal
We will make all the changes you requested to your policies and get the new policies or changed policies in place.
10 Days from Renewal
You will have all your new policy documents and questions answered. We will follow up with any loose ends.
Renewal
At this point, everything will be handled and you'll be all set for another year.
